Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Vercel. When the website is accessed, technically required connection data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, and technical status values. This processing is used to deliver, secure, and stabilize the website. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or send an email, name, email address, topic, message, language, and technical form-protection data are processed. The data is used to answer your request and communicate with you. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Form messages are sent via Brevo (Brevo SA, France) as a transactional email service, acting as a processor. The data required for sending and delivery is transmitted to Brevo for that purpose.
Waiting list for group classes
If you join the waiting list for a class, we store your name, your email, your phone number (if you provide it) and the dance style you chose in a contact list on the Brevo platform, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use this data only to contact you about the start of group classes and the free first class.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: write to management@tainaribeiro.com and we will remove your data from the list.
Instagram and external media
The website may show Instagram reels fetched server-side through the Instagram API. Thumbnail images may be loaded from Instagram or Meta CDNs. When you click Instagram links, you leave this website and the privacy terms of the respective platform apply.
Cookies and consent
By default the site uses only essential technologies. Non-essential cookies and technologies — currently the Meta Pixel for Instagram and Facebook campaigns — are enabled only with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) run without cookies. Full details are in the Cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
